Statement about Conversion

All the payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia, i.e., dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, we use the medium value as calculated by the National Bank of Serbia. The amount for which your card will be charged will be displayed in your local currency, transferred into it by the value used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the moment of transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a very small difference from the original price stated on our website.

Protection of Privacy of Users

In the name of the Pro Baby Center, we take it upon ourselves to keep the privacy of all our buyers. We collect only the necessary basic information about the buyers/users and data necessary for doing business and informing users in accordance with good business practice and with the aim of providing quality service. We give our buyers the option to choose, including the possibility of choice whether or not they want to be deleted from the mailing lists that are used for marketing campaigns. All information about users/buyers is kept safe and is available only to employees who need those data for doing their jobs. All the employees of the Pro Baby Center (and their business partners) are responsible for honoring the principles of protection of privacy.

Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

When entering data about your payment card, classified information is transferred by a public network in a protected (encrypted) form by using the SSL protocol and PKI system as the currently most modern cryptographic technology.

The processor of payment cards, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, guarantees the safety of data during purchase, therefore, the whole process of charging is done on the Internet pages of the bank. Information about payment cards is not available to our system at any given moment.

Reimbursement

In the case of return of goods and reimbursement to the buyer who previously paid by card partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, it is the obligation of the Pro Baby Center to make the reimbursement exclusively by VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina method of payment, which means that the bank will make the reimbursement to the account of the user of the card upon the request of the vendor.

The Pro Baby Center does not pay VAT.
