The Ministry Center for reproductive ethics “CENTAR ZA BEBE“, short name: CENTAR ZA BEBE, with the main office at the address Milorada Mitrovića no. 8, 11118 Belgrade, the Republic of Serbia, registration number: 28090439, PIB (taxpayer identification number): 107708062 (from now on “we“ or “Ministry“) protects the personal data that we collect from you with great responsibility.
Your personal data are handled by the Ministry which collects those data and processes them in accordance with the Law of Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (from now on “the Law“), and also in accordance with this Privacy policy. The collected data are processed legally and transparently and solely in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected. The collected personal data are true and, if it is necessary, they are updated. Taking into consideration the purpose of processing, the Ministry takes all the reasonable measures to ensure the deletion or correction of all the false personal data without delay.
This Privacy policy is implemented on all people who access the website www.centarzabebe.rs (from now on “the Site“), and it refers to:
People who contact us in order to volunteer in the Ministry (from now on “Volunteers“) as well as the people who contact us in order to make donations to the Ministry (from now on “Donors“).

1) Personal Data that We Collect from you
Data that we collect from you differ depending on which group of Site visitors you belong to.
Personal data that you share with us willingly.
The Ministry collects and processes the following personal data that you share with us willingly:
Your name and surname,
Your contact data, such as your email address and contact phone number, city/place
Date of birth,
Profession.
If you contact us directly by the email address centarzabebe@gmail.com or any other email that is available on the Site or share with us information during a telephone conversation after you have contacted us by one of the contact numbers that are available on the Site, we can collect some additional information about you, such as the following data:
What kind of activity you want to support
What kind of donation you want to make: cosmetics, clothes and baby equipment or money
Or any other information you decide to share with us.
Purpose of Data Processing and Legal Grounds
We process your personal data in order to receive the answer to your inquiry delivered to the Ministry by one of the email addresses available on the Site. We collect and process your data for this purpose in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law considering that processing of collected data is necessary in order to take certain actions of the Ministry upon your request, and before signing the contract.
Also, we collect your data in order to keep you informed about promotional, advertising, marketing and other events whose goal is the promotion of services of the Ministry and/or our partners (from now on „Direct Marketing“). We collect and process your data for this purpose in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Law, i.e., based on your consent.
Nevertheless, your consent to process your data for the purpose of Direct Marketing must be given independently and separately from the consent you give for processing your personal data. Therefore, you can separately withdraw the consent for your personal data to be used for the purpose of Direct Marketing by sending an email on the following email address centarzabebe@gmail.com. If you do that, your personal data will not be used for the purpose of Direct Marketing anymore.
2) How Do We Use Your Personal Data?
We will use your personal data only with your absolute consent, or if there are other grounds which are based on the Law. Your personal data will not be used for other purposes besides the one for which they were collected and which you have been informed about. If at any given moment the Ministry decides to process your personal data for any other purpose besides the one which they were collected for, we will inform you about that other purpose as well as of all the other elements which the Law proscribes. All the members of our team will protect your data by principle of privacy.
3) How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?
We do not keep your personal data longer than it is necessary to realize the purpose for which they were collected, i.e., no longer than the period for which we have your consent.
4) Sharing Your Personal Data
The Ministry does not share your personal data with third persons, unless they have your consent for it or unless the imperative regulations of the Republic of Serbia oblige us to share certain information, part of which is your personal data, with the state authorities, in which case we are under no obligation to ask for your additional consent.
5) Your Rights in Accordance with the Law
According to the practicing Law, you have the following rights concerning the processing of your personal data:
Right on Access to Personal Data
You have the right to get confirmation from us about whether we are processing personal data that refer to you and also, if necessary, to ask for access to personal data which are part of your case.
Right on Correction and Supplementation of Personal Data
As the person the data refer to you have the right to request immediate correction of false personal data. Depending on the purpose of processing, you have the right to supplement your incomplete personal data.
Right on Deleting Personal Data
In accordance with the Law, you have the right to request from us to delete your personal data. Nevertheless, in such cases, there is a possibility that the purpose for which your data were collected cannot be realized.
Right on Limiting the Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the Law, you have the right to request limiting the processing of your personal data. In that case, such personal data will be marked, and we will be able to process them only for certain purposes.
Right on Transferring Personal Data
In accordance with the Law, you have the right to get the personal data that you delivered to us in a well-structured, regularly used and electronically legible form (i.e., digitally) and you have the right to transfer the personal data from your case to another user or to request the transfer of such data to another person without any obstacle on our side if such a transfer is technically feasible.
Right on Objection on Processing Personal Data
In accordance with the Law, you have the right to, for reasons connected to processing your personal data, make an objection on our processing of your personal data at any given moment and request from us to stop processing your personal data. You have the right to make an objection at any given moment on processing your personal data for the purposes of Direct Marketing.
Right to Withdraw Consent for Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the Law, in cases when processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time without compensation and without any further explanation. Withdrawal of consent will not influence the lawfulness of processing based on consent made before such withdrawal. If you withdraw consent for your personal data to be processed by the Ministry, we might not be able to (in full or partially) provide services that you requested or realize the purpose for which the consent to collect and process your personal data was given.
Right to File a Complaint to the Authorities
In accordance with the Law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Trustee for Information of Public Interest and Protection of Personal Data if you believe that the processing of your data was not done according to the regulations of the Law. Filing a complaint to the Trustee does not influence your right to start other government or legal protection procedures.

6) How the Ministry Keeps Your Personal Data
We use the appropriate technical, organizational and human resource measures for the protection of the personal data which we collect and process. The measures we use are created in such a way to provide the appropriate level of security so that the processing of your personal data is done according to the regulations of the Law, thus ensuring the protection of your rights as legal entities which the personal data refer to.
7) Changes in Our Privacy Policy
The Ministry is keeping the right to update and/or make changes to this Privacy policy from time to time, in order to keep track of changes in the law and technical innovations. All changes will take effect at the moment of publishing the changed and/or updated Privacy policy on the Site. We suggest you to periodically check for any changes in our Privacy policy. In case we have your email address, we will send you a notification about those changes. If you do not agree with our Privacy policy, we kindly ask you to stop using the Site immediately.
